Browser Requirements

EDEN currently only supports the Internet Explorer browser - versions 6 and up. The Compatibility View must be turned on for the domain.


Note: To turn on Compatibility View go to the Tools menu > Compatibility View Settings and enter into the website list.


Additionally, all browser pop-up blockers (IE, Yahoo, Google, etc...) must be set to allow pop-ups from

IMPORTANT COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT: Please be aware that Georgia 811 Members throughout the state have declared Extraordinary Circumstances and it is affecting their ability to locate their underground utility lines.

Georgia 811 reminds excavators that members will be responding to tickets using the 3J code if they have invoked Extraordinary Circumstances. Excavators can check members’ responses to their tickets in
PRIS using their 11-digit ticket number at any time.
